Battery Charger LAS 1218-2

The battery charger LAS 1218-2 is a primary-phase switched power supply unit without temperature compensation and with two charging characteristics. It is suitable for lead-acid and lead-gel batteries, stabilises the charging current in the event of mains fluctuations and can also function as a power source without a battery. It enables recharging of the starter battery up to 3 A, is around 80% lighter than comparable thyristor chargers, does not cause ripple voltage and has an efficiency of approx. 90%.
