Audio Sound System for Fiat Ducato, CAS215D

Active plug & play sound system designed specifically for motorhomes. It consists of a compact amplifier with integrated DSP and a subwoofer. The amplifier optimises the sound of the vehicle‘s existing speakers and drives the powerful subwoofer. The sound processor (DSP) optimises the weaknesses in high-frequency reproduction caused by the installation. The subwoofer ensures extended low-frequency reproduction while relieving the speakers of the low frequencies. This results in a significantly clearer, more vivid sound image and a completely new, convincing sound experience that allows you to enjoy music even at low volumes. The plug & play wiring kit enables quick and easy installation; separate connections to the vehicle are not required. The subwoofer is usually installed under the passenger’s seat or driver‘s seat. If there is no space, it can also be installed in another location (e.g. behind the driver‘s seat instead of the cover). If required, a 2 m extension cable CAZ100L (item no. 72 748) is available.

The CAS207D version is specially designed for vehicles in which Caratec Audio CAK1660.DU speakers (item no. 72 746, catalogue page 895) are installed or are to be installed in the front. Existing speakers in the body may continue to be controlled by the radio.

Sound systems specially designed to enhance audio quality in integrated motorhomes. Equipped with a 6-channel amplifier and a subwoofer, they are configured to enhance sound in driver‘s cabs featuring 10 cm dashboard speakers (CAS202) or with 13 – 16 cm footwell speakers (CAS203). Any existing speakers in the vehicle will continue to be driven by the radio.
